They never stop loving each other, even if they from time to time can't stand the sight. Liv and Terje's love story is observed by their daughter Diana from baby to her leaving home, much like the world's worst parents who aren't even trying to do their best. This comedy about Diana's wedding is a high-pitched tribute to those who recklessly dive into love. It’s the tale of two people who never stop loving each other, even though they sometimes can't stand each other, similar to how Diana witnesses her parents' tumultuous marriage. On July 29, 1981, while Lady Diana Spencer marries Prince Charles in the grand St. Paul's Cathedral in London, another wedding takes place in the canteen of Borregaard Industries, where Liv and Terje tie the knot. Their newborn daughter Diana lies in the cradle, observing a marriage filled with chaos and imperfection. From babyhood to moving out, Diana watches her parents' tumultuous relationship, highlighting the flaws of what might be considered the world's worst parents. Thirty years later, when Diana prepares to marry at a Swedish estate, the nerves are on edge, and it seems things can only get worse.
